Overview
Agents installed on managed machines require access to specific hostnames/IP addresses and ports. Most Acronis components use multiple IP addresses. This article provides the complete list of required ports and hostnames for Acronis Cyber Protect.
You can find exact IPs in your environment using the Port Checker Tool.
Port Requirements
The ports need to be open for outbound connections (except for the statistics server, which requires port 44445 for inbound connection).

Important Notes
Inbound Port Requirement: The statistics server (arc01.soteriacloud.net) requires inbound port 44445 to be open.
Verification Methods
Method 1: Telnet Command
Verify connectivity using the telnet command:
telnet [domain/ip] [port]
Method 2: Port Checker Tool
Use the integrated Connection Verification Tool during installation, or download the Port Checker Tool for post-installation validation.
Method 3: During Installation
The Acronis installer includes an integrated Connection Verification Tool that automatically tests connectivity to required hosts and ports.
Run the Port Checker Tool after configuring firewall rules to ensure all required connections are working properly.
