How It Works

1. API Integration - Soteria Cloud connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant via secure API integration (no MX record changes or agent installation required).

2. Initial Backup - Complete backup of all Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive accounts, and Teams data is performed.

3. Ongoing Protection - Incremental backups run automatically (hourly, daily, or continuous) capturing all changes, new emails, and file modifications.
