How It Works

1. Deployment - Administrators configure File Sync & Share through the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud console, defining storage quotas and access policies.

2. User Provisioning - Users are created manually or synchronized from Active Directory/Azure AD; each user receives storage allocation.

3. Client Installation - Users install Acronis desktop sync clients (Windows/macOS) or mobile apps (iOS/Android), or access files via web browser.

4. File Upload & Sync - Users place files in their sync folder; files are encrypted and uploaded to Soteria Cloud's Teraco-hosted storage, then synced to other devices.
